Stress

I'm so f*cking stress with my work and everything now!!!! Especially my work!!! They always like to tell me urgent urgent..Really hate this word ahhh...:( makes me so stress. I got only 2 hands ok!! I'm not superwoman la plz.. Sigh

Somemore I'm still new to this company. I hope i can stand it. I seriously need a break...As i say i have to stay strong no matter what. My colleagues here are quite nice to me. They also told me to stay strong and everything will be just fine. I believe i will be fine too..Gambateh!!!

Life..

What's the actual purpose of us living in this world?? We just want to be happy all the time with no much worries and so on. But it's so impossible. As i said this is Life...We wants to be spending time happily together with our beloved family, friends and lover. But this three important people who will be spending with you till the end of time? We couldn't judge by telling who's more important.

We tend to did a lot of mistake all the time without realizing. We apologize and forgive. But sometimes things get back to the same again due to our childishness and stubborn attitude. Never hate someone because it will only makes us down and spoiled our mood. Ended up what did we get? An unhealthy mind..

Everytime when you realize that you really feels disappointed with the one you love, always try to think of the good things and moments we had. Sometimes one word come out from our mouth can just ruins the things you treasure the most. I had learned a lot until today and I'm really tired. The feeling of hurt no one could ever understand. I believe times will heal and I'm really glad to have so much people who really cares about me all around. Love u all~!!

Hesitating.....

Just now Steph's message me asked me to go kl with her,choon lan and cila...Then last minutes they cancelled and wanna go OG to drink. I don't really like OG..I never been there though but i just don't feel like going there. Maybe one day la..

Then she asked me to join them to miri this saturday and stay at Marriot Hotel with her,michelle, ray and other friends.

I'm still thinking if i wanna go or not. She keep on begging me to go with her. Don't know got hami kang tao there =.=''

Jeff's also asked to go down miri next week and he say can just stay over Esther's house in miri to save accommodation cost.. He planned to go Redbox this time to sing karaoke.

Should i go this saturday or next week or both also don't go??????? arghhhh.....

Movie with Stephanie



I'm so desperate to watch this movie since the day this movie was on show in the cinema..hahaha a lot of my friends keep telling me that they had watched this movie and it's really funny and worth to watch.

So last sunday when i went for dimsum buffet with my family and steph, we suddenly talked about this movie. So we decided to watch it together. I asked my brother to check with me through internet if it's still on show or not. He told me that it will be shown at 9.45pm if i wanna watch it on Monday.

So i met Stephanie at yayasan cos we planned to go for shopping first. When the time i reach yayasan it's already almost 9pm and the movie start at 9.45pm. After shopping we found out that it's already 9.30pm!! damn it..really didn't noticed it's so late already and the movie is going to start soon.

I have to rushed to the cinema at Seri-Qlap to book the ticket first while Stephanie's still waiting at the counter to pay. When i reached the cinema, i told the guy that i want to watch Karate Kid and he told me 'Ok sure ..and the show will start at 10.30pm' =.=''''

I was like WTF!! The internet shows 9.45pm and when i reached there, they told me it start at 10.30pm.. Really damn kek dio ahh..Makes me rush here and there. So we both lepak-lepak at Seri-Qlap till 10.30pm and watch the movie for 2hours plus which end at 12.45am. Jialat ahhh!! Tomorrow still have to wake up so early for work..Grr..

While watching the movie, we keep on laughing cos it's really funny!! Luckily it's not a boring movie if not sure i'm gonna keep on complaining about the time issue.Lolx..It's so worth watching eventhough the time change.

Break Diet

Damn it~!! this week totally can't have my diet laaa....keep on eating and eating nia...sighhh jialat arrrr.... So many people treat and birthday. Somemore I'm leaving Teck Guan soon and my colleagues keep belanja makan. This wednesday going to makan again. Next week gonna start my diet plan again. Terrible la like this. Lose already some weight then gain back again. Now have to start kiam again. Sien ehhhhh...

DIET DAY 7

Morning : 1 plate of oatmeal with a cup of water.

Lunch : Japanese Teriyaki Don Rice @ Grips Cafe ( Today damn hungryyyyy..so i cannot tahan already and i finish the rice )

Dinner : 1 fried fish and a little bit of vegetables.

Exercise : Went to gym after work and only do some sit-ups, cycling and treadmill for a while. Came back home to continue bellydancing and arm workout.

- AFTER A WEEK RESULTS : DROP 1 KG. Not bad also la. Jiayou Jiayou~~ ^.^

* Today I'm soooo damn busy the whole day in Folec and i have to stay back to finish up my work. I'm still new to Folec so there's still a lot of things I'm not so sure and that's why will kinda stress sometimes when the people there keep on asking and say URGENT URGENT. Sigh..But i hope slowly it should be fine for me. Tomorrow I will be back to Teck Guan again. Next week I'm gonna apply 2days leave to go back to Folec again. Next Tuesday and Wednesday, the new staff will be coming to Teck Guan so I'm going to teach her and handover my job to her. So probably I will be in Folec on Thursday and Friday. So Wednesday will be my last day in Teck Guan. TT.TT

Morning : 1 plate of oatmeal with a cup of water.

Lunch : Nasi Lemak Special. ( I know this sounds fattening..but i didn't finish the rice and the meat is so little only. Hahah)

Dinner : Meehoon Soup

Supper : A little bit of chips and Blackcurrant Hot Tea. Lalala~~

Exercise : No exercise.

* Today consider my rest day and I went to Folec again today to do some work. Whole day was busy like crazy. The time flies so fast today. Tomorrow I will be going to Folec again then Friday go back to Teck Guan again. Pening already work here and there a bit a bit. :s

Lunch : Vegetables and Egg Rice with a cup of milk.

Dinner : Having steamboat at home ...sooooo damn full..my gosh..break my diet already :(

Exercise : Went for swimming just now after work.

This morning my colleagues told me that they realised i lose weight already and said that i doesn't looks nice when i lose weight. It makes me looks pale =.='' My manager told me that she prefer to see me with my face chubby chubby and it looks cuter. Kek dio... Looks chubby kena say chubby..Looks slimmer already kena say not nice..Soooo susah one...damn

Morning : 1 plate of oatmeal with a cup of water.

Lunch : Vegetables and Salted Egg Rice with a cup of milk.

Dinner : Vegetables, 1 bowl of cucumber soup, 3 pieces of fish fillet and a cup of Guava Dragonfruits Juice. ( the juice taste a bit disgusting lor....:s)

Exercise : Went Tasek just now at 5pm and when go half way up suddenly heavy rain. damn it!! but me and jenny still jog for one big round first before we left. Hahaha

Morning : 2 half boiled eggs with a cup of Tea-O.

Lunch : Excapade Sushi.

Dinner : 1 glass of Pearl Milk Tea and 1 apple.

Exercise : Went Tasek this morning at 7am and finish at 8am, then 5pm went for jogging around Stadium. Mampus banar arrrr~~~

Lunch : 1 plate of Vegetables Rice and a cup of Hot Wheatgrass.
(Before lunch, I ate 3 piece of Wheatmeal biscuit)

Dinner : 1 bowl of Sweet Corn Soup and Carrot Juice.

Exercise : NO EXERCISE TODAY =(
(Went for limpa massage - Jesse advices to me is to eat more Black fungus, tomatoes, cucumber, pear and one last important thing is to control my TEMPER =.=''' ) I also don't know how come the temper got to do with my blood circulation.hahaha

Dinner : 1 bowl of Vegetable Soup, some vegetables, fish and a cup of Pineapple Carrot Juice.

Exercise : Went to Gym and Tasek after work.
Bellydancing and Arm Workout before sleep.
