Morning : 1 plate of oatmeal with a cup of water.
Lunch : 1 bowl of Mee Hoon Soup with fishball and a cup of Tea-O.
(Before lunch, I ate 1 piece of biscuit cos I'm so hungry~~)
Dinner : 1 bowl of Vegetable Soup, some vegetables, fish and a cup of Pineapple Carrot Juice.
Exercise : Went to Gym and Tasek after work.
Bellydancing and Arm Workout before sleep.
