Morning : 1 plate of oatmeal with a cup of water.
Lunch : 1 plate of Vegetables Rice and a cup of Hot Wheatgrass.
(Before lunch, I ate 3 piece of Wheatmeal biscuit)
Dinner : 1 bowl of Sweet Corn Soup and Carrot Juice.
Exercise : NO EXERCISE TODAY =(
(Went for limpa massage - Jesse advices to me is to eat more Black fungus, tomatoes, cucumber, pear and one last important thing is to control my TEMPER =.=''' ) I also don't know how come the temper got to do with my blood circulation.hahaha
