DIET DAY 3

Morning : 2 half boiled eggs with a cup of Tea-O.

Lunch : Excapade Sushi.

Dinner : 1 glass of Pearl Milk Tea and 1 apple.

Exercise : Went Tasek this morning at 7am and finish at 8am, then 5pm went for jogging around Stadium. Mampus banar arrrr~~~
