DIET DAY 5

Morning : 1 plate of oatmeal with a cup of water.

Lunch : Vegetables and Egg Rice with a cup of milk.

Dinner : Having steamboat at home ...sooooo damn full..my gosh..break my diet already :(

Exercise : Went for swimming just now after work.

This morning my colleagues told me that they realised i lose weight already and said that i doesn't looks nice when i lose weight. It makes me looks pale =.='' My manager told me that she prefer to see me with my face chubby chubby and it looks cuter. Kek dio... Looks chubby kena say chubby..Looks slimmer already kena say not nice..Soooo susah one...damn
