DIET DAY 6

Morning : 1 plate of oatmeal with a cup of water.

Lunch : Nasi Lemak Special. ( I know this sounds fattening..but i didn't finish the rice and the meat is so little only. Hahah)

Dinner : Meehoon Soup

Supper : A little bit of chips and Blackcurrant Hot Tea. Lalala~~

Exercise : No exercise.

* Today consider my rest day and I went to Folec again today to do some work. Whole day was busy like crazy. The time flies so fast today. Tomorrow I will be going to Folec again then Friday go back to Teck Guan again. Pening already work here and there a bit a bit. :s
