DIET DAY 4

Morning : 1 plate of oatmeal with a cup of water.

Lunch : Vegetables and Salted Egg Rice with a cup of milk.

Dinner : Vegetables, 1 bowl of cucumber soup, 3 pieces of fish fillet and a cup of Guava Dragonfruits Juice. ( the juice taste a bit disgusting lor....:s)

Exercise : Went Tasek just now at 5pm and when go half way up suddenly heavy rain. damn it!! but me and jenny still jog for one big round first before we left. Hahaha
